Order Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled by contacting us within 24 hours of placing your order.
+ If your order has not yet shipped it may be cancelled with no charge.
+ If your order has been shipped you will be charged 1) the original shipping cost to ship the product to you* 2) the cost of
shipping the product back to its origin 3) a 10% to 30% restocking fee for the item depending on the manufacturer. NOTE: boat
motors and boat trailers once shipped CAN NOT BE CANCELED/RETURNED even if bought as part of a boat, motor and trailer
package.
*Note: Products with free shipping incur freight costs even though you don’t pay this cost. If you cancel a product that ships for
free you will be responsible for actual freight costs incurred by Lakeshore Managers LLC.
Returns:
If you ordered the wrong item OR do not want to keep the item you ordered you may return the item within 7 days of receiving the
item by contacting us for an RMA Number. Note: This policy DOES NOT apply to boat motors and boat trailers which may NOT be
returned.
If you return an item without an RMA Number the manufacturer will refuse delivery of the item when it arrives at its warehouse.
Acceptance of returns is subject to the following conditions:
1) Return requests must be made within seven days of taking delivery of the item.
2) The item must be undamaged and in its original condition.
3) The item must be packaged in its original packing or a suitable equivalent.
4) You are responsible for paying 1) the original freight charges to ship the item to you 2) the freight charges to return the item 3)
a 10% to 30% restocking fee depending on the manufacturer.
5) The RMA Number must be written on the outside of the box or delivery may be refused.
If you are shipped the wrong item, the manufacturer will pay the shipping costs to have the item returned and the correct item
shipped to you.
NOTE: IF YOU REFUSE DELIVERY OF AN UNDAMAGED ITEM IT WILL BE TREATED AS A NORMAL RETURN AND BE SUBJECT TO
ROUND TRIP ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES AND A 10% to 30% RESTOCKING FEE DEPENDING ON THE MANUFACTURER.
Delivery Instructions (For Items That Ship By Freight) (Items that ship freight are larger items which
would include all boats that are not inflatable. Inflatable boats & water toys will ship via UPS or Fedex.)
Shipping & Unloading Information (applies to items shipped by freight only)
If your item is shipping to a residential address, once the items ships the freight company will contact you by phone to arrange a
delivery window. If the shipping company attempts delivery during the agreed upon time window and no one is there to receive
the item, the shipping company may charge a re-delivery fee which you as the customer agree to be responsible for. By
purchasing any item on this website you agree that Lakeshore Managers LLC may charge your credit card to be reimbursed for any
redelivery fees incurred.
DELIVERY TO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES IS CURB SIDE ONLY meaning that the freight company is not responsible for unloading the
item from the truck or moving the item after it’s unloaded. In most cases the drivers are friendly and will help, however we
strongly recommend that you have at least one other person present to help you unload.
If your item is shipping to a business address (Note: the address must be zoned business and must be open during normal
business hours), the freight company may NOT notify you of the impending delivery. If no one is present to take the delivery
during normal business hours, the freight company may charge a re-delivery fee which you as the customer agree to be
responsible for. By purchasing any item on this website you agree that Lakeshore Managers LLC may charge your credit card to
be reimbursed for any redelivery fees incurred.
The freight company is not responsible for unloading the item from the truck or moving the item after it’s unloaded
In rare cases we will need to add a small surcharge to our residential shipping rates quoted on our product pages. This is due to
the shipping company adding the surcharge when shipping to certain areas. We will notify you before finalizing your order if there
is a surcharge. At that time you can decide if you want to finalize the order. Again, this happens very rarely.
Customer responsibility for inspecting order at the time of delivery: (applies to items shipped by freight only)
Unfortunately damage during shipping happens occasionally. If it happens to you rest assured we will do everything possible to
resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO UNWRAP/OPEN YOUR ORDER AND INSPECT IT BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY. Do not let the
delivery driver rush you. Your signature on the Bill of Lading constitutes acceptance of the item "as is" and may prevent the filing
of a claim with the freight company.
Instructions on what to do if your item arrives damaged: (applies to items shipped by freight only)
Minor Damage
If you discover minor damage or missing parts you may at your option keep the boat but YOU MUST NOTE THE DAMAGE OR
MISSING PARTS ON THE SHIPPING BILL OF LADING BEFORE THE DRIVER LEAVES. If possible take pictures of the damage. If you
do not note freight damage or missing parts on the bill of lading at the time of delivery, the freight carrier WILL NOT compensate
you for the damage. When in doubt, if damage is present, you should refuse delivery and call us at 1-888-940-2628 or email us by
clicking here.
Major Damage
If you discover extensive damage to your order then you should REFUSE DELIVERY of the order by NOT SIGNING FOR IT. In this
case the item will be loaded back on the truck for return. Please call or email us as soon as possible if this happens. A
replacement boat will then be ordered. If damage is present, when in doubt you should refuse delivery and call us at 1-888-940-
2628 or email us by clicking here.
Redelivery
Redelivery fees will be charged if you miss your delivery appointment. The decision to reattempt delivery is made solely at the
freight carrier’s discretion. Your item may be returned to the manufacturer's warehouses if the freight carrier is unable to contact
you for delivery or if you miss your delivery appointment. In these situations, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from
your refund. By purchasing any item on this website you agree that Lakeshore Managers LLC may charge your credit card to be
reimbursed for any redelivery fees charged to Lakeshore Managers LLC by the freight company.
Risk of Use (of Products Purchased From Lakeshore Managers LLC):
Products purchased from Lakeshore Managers LLC on MySportBoats.com or via any other medium are to be used at the
purchasers own risk. Purchasers agree to assume full responsibility for the risks involved.
We strongly recommend that purchasers of our products follow safe practices and get qualified instruction for the type of craft
they use and for the type of conditions in which they use the craft.
We also strongly recommend the following:
• Never paddle or boat alone.
• Always wear a USCG-approved personal flotation device (PFD).
• Acquire certified first-aid training and carry rescue/safety equipment.
• When appropriate guard against hypothermia, i.e. dress appropriately for weather and water conditions.
• Stay on top of river water levels, tidal changes, dangerous currents, underwater hazards, and weather changes.
• Never paddle or boat in flood conditions
• Review your owner's manual periodically.

We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason. This includes but is not limited to incorrect pricing due to typographical
and/or other errors.
